In 2016, the CEO of LOGICOMERINVEST, Luís Sousa, decided to start an innovative project in an area with easy access for everyone. JAVACOWORK was created to give freelancers, startups and small companies the opportunity to create a community of professionals who do not have to worry about additional costs with space, electricity, water or internet rental contracts. With the possibility to get out of the routine, create bonds of friendship and new business partnerships, in an innovative and creative place, which seeks to provide a good working environment and well-being for all its clients.
